About Kam: Kam Phillips is a speaker and author who helps young adults enhance their mental health, emotional intelligence, and career readiness through interactive assemblies, workshops, and program development. After being recruited to play college basketball and excelling in the banking world, Kam decided to walk away from his corporate career and partner with educational institutions and mission-driven organizations to invest in the next generation.
